Privacy Policy

BelRegistro (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a vocal journal and analytics platform for professional singers. The service is available at https://belregistro.com and via our mobile app on Google Play and the App Store.

We collect only the data you explicitly provide:

• Email address (for authentication via magic link)
• Vocal journal entries — daily logs, voice status, sleep, hydration, stress
• Repertoire, auditions, and performance records you create
• Profile information — stage name, voice type, city and country
• Location coordinates (only if you tap “Use my current location” — used to fetch local weather)
• Voice recordings you choose to save within the app

We do not collect advertising identifiers, sell your data, or share it with third parties for marketing.

• To provide and improve the BelRegistro service
• To display your vocal history, correlations and statistics back to you
• To fetch local weather via Open-Meteo (coordinates sent to Open-Meteo — no account required)
• To authenticate you securely via Supabase Auth (magic link)

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU (eu-west-1 region). Voice recordings are stored in Supabase Storage (S3-compatible).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Danger zone. Deletion is irreversible and immediate.

BelRegistro uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database (privacy policy)
• Open-Meteo — weather data, no API key, no personal data sent beyond coordinates (terms)
• Nominatim / OpenStreetMap— reverse geocoding for location detection (optional, only when you tap “Use my location”) (privacy policy)

You have the right to:

• Access all data associated with your account
• Export your data (CSV export — coming soon)
• Delete your account and all data permanently
• Contact us with any privacy concern

If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

BelRegistro is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
